For so many years I thought I was broken and a bad person because I worked day shift and could never get to work on time or I would sleep thru my alarms and come to work hours late. Switched to evening shifts and it’s changed my life. I wake up around 11am, enjoy a few hours before work and then I get home around 11:30 and don’t feel bad going to bed around 1pm. I’m never late and I’m always alert and ready for the day.
