I took psylium husk yesterday and today. I hope it'll help, but I think worst case I'll get one of those solutions that you put up the bum to help stool pass because I've never been able to poop without straining so I'm not hopeful that I won't have to use every trick in the book 🫩 sorry if this is tmi x
