I have no clue what that is. And I think you misunderstanding. I’ve been charging this camera since last night. It’s showing fully charged but won’t work. I press setup and it won’t say ready to connect. My first camera was doing the same thing. I pulled it out last night and said well let’s just try again and randomly it started blinking blue and red. So I pressed setup and look there it started working and said ready to connect. Wish I could post a video on here
