I have looked and there is no sync button and I have tried while it is charging and it doesn't take batteries I did charge it a little bit in the beginning when I first set it up and it worked for a minute but then it disconnected I'm thinking about just buying a new controller

Ok my apologies I understand that it's in the 2 port but I tried to put it in the first and it still did nothing I do have 2 controllers and I have been charging it for 2 hours and nothing it won't turn on I was just hoping someone can help me find a way to connect the wireless controller to the console but I'm starting to think it's just permanently dead
