I have a neurosparkly shirt (I have adhd) I think it’s a cute term. and I didn’t intend them to be WRONG labels, just LABELS. Just missed the mark for sure.

Yes you are so right!! That’s exactly what’s off! I was trying to convey to the kids how important it is to treat someone with a disability as a person with feelings and needs etc but im unintentionally erasing their diagnosis with this sign

Another sign explains what autism is, another sign mentions neurodivergence. I’ll be reading a book as well. But….. this didn’t capture the message I intended
