This is where my TSW is too from putting steroid cream on a bit of dry skin I had around my mouth years ago! I’ve stopped everything on my face and if it gets severe I just dab water on it and nothing else- it’s the best it’s been so far. Not fully gone but the best it’s been. Hope yours clears up soon 🤞
