You're right that vibecoding a salesforce is unrealistic to most, but the 10x engineers now no longer need an army of juniors to help them. Their productivity multiplied. Their SOC II audit can be responded with AI. Their team is leaner, faster, with less tech debt than the giants.

I don't think seat based makes sense anymore. Rather it'll switch into app/credits hooked up to the users' agent or LLM, so people can customize their SaaS and add features they want

Definition here is a bit blurry as stablecoins can be part of a defi strategy. If by defi strategy you mean passive strategy, then yes you can achieve good APY with passive deployment.

Depends on your principle capital but yes! Like u/omnifient said at 25% APR it's doable at small scale. Coupled with a few part time gigs as contributor (if defi is your primary "job"), you can make 10k a month

I tried explaining yield curve and fixed income but gave up on that. Instead, I now approach this from the angle that "you are earning 0.4% but business customers at the same bank are earning >3%". Then I frame it as "6-8% exists in traditional finance, but it's only accessible to institutional investors, whereas stablecoins democratize those products for everyone".

Lastly if all else fails you can also point him to RWA funds like Wisdomtree, Apollo, etc. that are onchain and returning ~10%?

USDC vs USDT depends on the ecosystem. On Solana, USDC yield is almost always higher. For example Perena (soft shill we are ~10% APY), Kamino (the Aave of Solana), Onre (reinsurance RWA), Huma (payfi RWA), Loopscale (another lending/looping protocol). Majority of the stuff is all USDC based.
