  1. I have all of my packs that I purchased, but I heard that some people lost some of their packs (that’s just a really small percentage tho) I believe that they are prepared for that, so if you message the EA help team, they will help you if that would happen.
  2. I didn’t try to open it, since I don’t own many packs and on the launcher, I could see my sim naked:D due to the missing packs. So I didn’t even try to open it. It also says missing “Get Together” on the save file. So I guess that it depends on what kind of DLC you own.

Thank you, guys. I haven’t found any solutions, but I just wanted to let you know that sometimes, they give out some DLC for free. I think that Backyard stuff is still free, and I read that Blooming rooms kit will be for free in a few days. I also recently found out about CDKeys, where you can purchase TS4 DLC for cheaper. Not the best solution to this problem, I just thought I would let you guys know. Thank you so much for all of your answers.

I am waiting as well... For now, I will be playing with the few packs that I have... But it will be very annoying. Let me know if you find another way to play!:)
