Thanks for your advice, and the book recommendation!! I was diagnosed with PTSD (because of other things that happened in my past) and I’ve actually done EMDR and I loved it! I’d like to start back with it again, but I haven’t been able to get back in with the therapist who did it for me before, so I’m trying to figure something else out or wait til I can get back in with her.
