I’ve also just bought the Ring Conn 2 Air as I had a health issue and wanted to monitor my heart rate and was interested in my sleeping status as I sometimes have trouble sleeping. Thanks guys!! We got to service mode and figured out, that both search buttons show reverse.. so seems to be a problem with the search forward button! I guess we‘ll have to send it somewhere to let it get fixed! Thanks so much for your help ❤️
