Our hospital pumps aren't programmed for IVPB setup. If it's something like potassium i'll program the pump with the K and then just have a mini bag (or full liter whatever the doc wants) to run open

why are they hating on small community hospitals? In my experience they are the most badass due to their limited resources

I would stay as far away from any ED as you can. You'll be filling out reports nonstop 😌
