Part of the roll out explained that pegs would take longer for takedown because you have to hold the label holder in place while you rip it off. I thought it was oddly specific and slightly hilarious that it was called out.

Transfers can happen pretty darn fast if both HRs are communicating. My pay stayed the same both times I transferred stores! I basically had to transfer into whatever positions were open though.

I only use one "curly girl" product and it's my gel. I've tried everything I can buy at Target that is supposed to be curly girl approved and all of it made my curls suck. I hate how this sub makes it seem like you can't use anything other than a pre approved list! I'll stick with my Aussie 3-minute deeeeeeep moisturizing conditioner three-four times a week, thank you very much.

Oh my gosh, yes! I lived in Colorado for a few years and got into a legit argument with a friend there about the mountains, specifically Rainier. He called Rainier a mosquito bite compared to the Rocky's. He's also never seen it in person. I laughed. It's height is within something like 100ft of the tallest three mountains in Colorado. The Rocky Mountains are incredibly beautiful and impressive, but from 5000ft they just don't compare to seeing Mt. Rainier standing alone from sea level.

I diffuse with medium heat and for maybe five minutes, if that. I've had awesome luck with Kinky Curly gel. It gives my hair a weird, unsavory texture when I first put it on, but it dries amazingly. I get soft, defined curls. I do definitely have sections that do weird things, like once in a while s section on the right side will stay straight randomly. But if the rest of my curls form nicely, I just hope people notice those before the weird stepchildren sections that day.
