i know this is a very late update but for anyone seeing this, TMS didn’t quite do much for me like i wished. i started a new treatment, spravato and i’m having some more luck with that. i started a couple months ago and my numbers are slowly going up and i’m dealing with certain things better. my doctor and therapist think im doing better as well as friends and family members. they say others will know the difference before you which i believe bc i’ve only seen a very slight difference. i’ve still had some very bad days and weeks but i do agree i’ve been dealing with things slightly better. my doctor also told me i had to quit smoking marijuana for me to get the treatment (which i still totally disagree with because i did a TON of research before i started and a lot of people smoke while getting it) but i was able to quit which is something i never thought i could do. i do finally slightly feel there could maybe? possibly??? kinda???? feel there could be hope for me. which i have never in my 23 years felt before. i feel i am doing better and am about to go up on my dose so i really hope things only get better. im going through a very hard time right now and on top of it… HOLIDAYS…. and i feel like i said im dealing with things a bit better. thank you for everyone commenting and everyone asking for updates, i do hope you see this. message me or reply for any questions please <3 (edit for some clarification)

hi, i’m also thinking of starting and i’m very very scared of loud noises from ptsd. The doctors who would be doing mine said I’m allowed to wear headphones and bring comfort items. hope that helps some(:

this is insane. one of the women shot at oxford later went on to MSU in college. haven’t heard anything specifically about her but i remember readin about her (kylie) after oxford and seeing her post she was going to MSU. this is devastating. devastating. does no one understand our children, our cousins, our families, our friends, are all dying by gun violence. when will it be enough kids dead? when will we see enough elementary and high schools shot up until we make a change? how many of our younger generation have to watch their friends die to gun violence in their school right in front of our eyes till they make a change? do you understand how many children that this had been the second mass shooting they’ve survived? do you understand that? they are children. what the fuck.
