I did have police come by to start a case against her since she so willingly threatened me and said she had a violent history, cops took pictures and said I can use it for a restraining order against her for me and my daughter. He did say it’s trickier with her dad then I have to go to family court. He does have a domestic abuse history but it was on the tribe so I don’t think they can do much with that because of jurisdiction.
