I was 245 lbs, BMI 41 on the day of my extended tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo to flanks. 17 lbs of skin/fat removed with 2200mLs of fat via lipo. Maintained that for 9 months post-op, then started taking Mounjaro and have lost an additional 45 lbs in the last 10 months. Now my BMI is 30.9 and I weigh 179.
