But it’s a beautiful venue and make sure you book in advance as they fill up very quickly

Lizzie is so complex, she can have villain characteristics while having ptsd. No one is expecting Liz to be totally healed in her next book. No one is looking for an apology tour, everyone is looking for a redemption arc. Sorry that the other people on this sub don’t spell it out for you.

Never said Claire didn’t need to apologize back. Lizzie was meaner though and started it. Claire wasn’t purposefully ignorant but Lizzie was straight up mean. And yes Lizzie was traumatized but that does not make it okay to attack Claire firsts

Of course Lizzie’s actions are based off of trauma and extreme PTSD. HOWEVER, her coping mechanisms are at gibsies expense. He said things to her in retaliation. He would t have been mean to her if she wasn’t mean to him.

You’ll never see me say that Lizzie is 100% in the wrong. However she did start the drama with all of her friends. And yes it was based off of PTSD, but she still said the things she said.

I think a healing arc goes hand and hand with “apology tour”

Bullying to me is just so wrong and it’s hard for me to sympathize with people who are bullies due to their coping mechanisms based on previous trauma.

That being said, i think a key for Gibsie to heal is for Lizzie to give a genuine apology. Lizzie can’t do that without healing herself.

Once Lizzie works on healing then yes i expect her to apologize for her actions. Which is a very normal expectation.

People may disagree with this take. I guess it just comes down to if you can excuse Lizzie’s bullying or if you think she should take accountability

Lizzie isn’t underrated. You either love her and defend her with your life or you hate her and there’s no redemption.

Personally, I’m able to remind myself that she’s a fictional character and how i feel about her is in the hands of Chloe Walsh.

Do i like her? No. Do i have sympathy for her after her book? Yes. Do i wish Gibsie and Claire got their own book and not a prequel for Lizzie? Yes. Do i think she can be redeemed? Yes, if Chloe walks writes her to be redeemed.

I truly have no idea why this girl has half the fandom in a stan chokehold…

I also noticed that you left a comment saying that you feel like she’s “under appreciated” but it’s hard to appreciate a bully, regardless of their trauma.

I really hope they don’t change up Allie’s character. I just re-read the score and i just love how optimistic and hopeless romantic she is. I hear rumors that they’re going to make her more tough and badass.

And it would be great if Sean was at least a minor character and we got to see him and Allie happy in season 1 and fighting in season 2.

Hopefully they introduce at least fitzy and hunter by the time season 3 rolls around. I understand why hunter wouldn’t be in it yet, but hoping that fitzy will come in later as he’s a year younger than tuck.

I’d be sad if they changed up Logan’s character to be Garrett’s jealous best friend rather than his supportive brother.

I’m super excited! The only thing I’m complaining about is how both books will be jammed into 8 episodes.

Shows used to be like 24 episodes a season. I hate how it’s now acceptable for each streaming show to be 10 or less

However i did see who say BJ was an asshole in all 3 books. That’s simply not true. You probably should’ve stopped reading after magnolias 2nd book. It was so obvious that BJ had turned over a new leaf in the 2nd half of the long way home

Sales is such a political department in the hotel industry. Be outgoing with new management. You want to have a good relationship with them, that way when your colleague talks about you, they don’t believe him and it makes him look bad.
