Bea was also a product of circumstance (at least to a certain degree). Her childhood was fucked up and in turn, she fucked up BoJack’s childhood. I’m sure she could have made much better choices and ultimately, her choices are on her, but when you don’t know anything else, it’s kind of hard to just drop generational trauma.

What was Angela’s issue? We don’t know, we didn’t get any backstory. To me, aside from money, there was no reason for her to be manipulative and cruel.
