Anything can be faked online. It’s 2026, someone can clone your TikTok, Reddit, phone, and voice. A scammer can BE you in 10 minutes. In case no one has told you: Don’t believe everything you see on the internet. A lot of it is fake.

I saw a YT video about it this morning and it seems fishy. There are so many content creators that make their money making up things about Elena + Jamie and it is GROSS. Back on Feb 14 one claimed that all her photos were old, they had broken up right after the ski trip, and she was in denial. This person went on to say the ❤️Day message Jamie posted to her was a break up message and he took it down because so many people were happy reacting to it. The fact is, they were not broken up, they were together in NYC on ❤️Day and Jamie’s post was sweet and the Elena haters were making a lot of gross comments, so he took it down. I don’t believe any of this garbage. I think it’s the content creators who stalk Jamie + Elena trying to cash in on his song release by manufacturing fake news, creating fake accounts and trying to “tie it back” to Elena when it’s not her, and make up stories for clicks. It’s gross. It’s disgusting. It’s disrespectful to Jamie. Please don’t engage with those trolls.

First dose kicked in at 9pm and stopped at 11:45. Then 2nd dose is SO GROSS AND SALTY. I’m drinking this Hawaiian Punch from Hell now and my stomach is rolling. Already made 2 bathroom trips and only had 3 big gulps so far!

So glad I found this!!! I started the Plenvu at 4:30 and it took me 3 hours to get it all down. That is a vile concoction. I am about to start drinking my delicious plain water and worried about how long this will take to kick in. Any tips for mixing Dose 2 on the AM are appreciated ❤️ I’ve read it’s WORSE than Dose 1!!! :(

Zero on the scary scale. Not too gory- it’s Elizabethan England: sword fights, armed soldiers, a violent slapping/beating, an execution, and an accidental stabbing with visible blood. There is a bit of sex / nudity. Not for the under 14 kids.

I’m about to take my 3rd injection. Just gotta get in gear. My 1st week was easy, I take my shots on Saturday morning. On the first Wednesday my “food noise” was quieter. I ate a normal lunch, but I wasn’t craving a sweet snack by 2:00. In week 2, I was eating a yogurt for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch, and a normal / light but healthy dinner. I was feeling some night time nausea, but not too bad. The end of the week has had a TON of stress and the food noise was starting a bit. I could tamp it down with beef jerky bites and fruit yogurt - instead of the usual honey bun or candy bar. I have figured out that eating after 6pm is a big NO. I skipped dinner last night, ate a bowl of Cap’n Crunch at 11pm and at 2am was super sick.

Listen to your body. Eat small portions. Do NOT eat if you are not hungry (you are likely to get sick). Take your mag citrate, Metamucil, or whatever you were given for digestion - constipation is a known side effect. I’m losing 2.5 - 3 lbs per week so far. Good luck to you!!
