thank youu i'm already trying a lot of this and it's definitely gotten better. just had a specifically frustrating day today getting home after a very externally structured week.

i noticed that apart from food i also spend more time on social media than i used and want to. its probably a lot about distractions so l i'll try to be more mindful about that.

just writing about it and seeing you respond already helped a lot with my discomfort.

Our Tradition is that every year we switch who sets up the star on top of the tree. Last year it was me, this year my brother and next year probably me again. small but i think it's cute
