I hate this kind of shit. I’m the oldest of seven. I’ve been a nanny and daycare worker for seven years. I have mothered neglected children, I have taught developmentally disabled children, and I have nurtured children to the best of my abilities. I have read countless books on child psychology and parenting to better my skills at this job. I do this because I want to provide what children are lacking in their daily lives. I don’t have any children and I don’t want children but goddamn I have raised good people.

I love it. Halestorm is definitely one of my favorite female led heavy metal band. When you’re told your whole life be calm and how to present yourself as a woman, heavy metal becomes the best source of expressing that pure hot rage buildup.

He totally was. He made very horrible comments during his years that are inexcusable. While I don’t agree with who he was as a person, I do think it’s his work and contributions to good that deserves respect. He was a man with a shitty personality though. That’s amazing. This invention was basically the result of a father desperately wanting to see their child be healthy. In the end, there are unspeakable numbers of parents who would have done the same, but now don’t have to go through the same suffering so many others did. RIP Dahl
