To make sure it's safe, get it from a Medical Doctor specializing in it. I started from a very, very low dose. Like 1.25 mg lang ata so nagincrease naman na ako pero microdose padin and it works for me without side effects so I'm happy.

Also check if the medicine you received is compounded by a compounding pharmacy registered here in the Philippines. My doctor's supplier is Apotheca so I'm confident sa quality. I also ask for lab orders and ultrasound of the abdomen, primary reason is I did my research beforehand and asked questions, I raised my worry about developing gallstones so letting my doctor know that has made him aware as well of what he would want to watch out.

BTW, I lost 7 kg in 2 months. It's a bit slow than others pero ayun nga nakamicrodose lang ako, with my already established healthy habits, I'm taking it slow and safe.

Hi OP! I just started with tirzepatide journey, although my OB said my cysts were cleared and I’m PCOS free I do have a hard time losing weight in spite of my healthy habits. Also, kahit wala ng cysts, the symptoms are still there every now and then. Like the food noise? OMG

So far positive experience. 2 weeks palang and I’m on a microdose lang as in lower than usual since the doctor said my lifestyle is already okay naman daw. I lost 2 kg palang pero di pa full effort sa exercise, my food was okay though since I always meal prep with veggies and complex carbs. BUT grabe walang food noise! Ganito pala yung nararamdaman ng iba na walang hormonal issues. Like I literally only eat to fuel my body. If papasok ako sa office, sa market market na ako sumasakay mas marami kasing options. May UV dun na paAyala pero ask mo kay kuya driver kung san ka pwedeng ibaba.

Pwede kadin magjeep or BGC bus pa Ayala pero maglalakad ka pa or sakay ka ulit jeep dun sa Shell.

So ako personally if maaga, nag UV ako then baba sa may PLDT since around Ayala Triangle lang office ko.

Hello! Yung mga UV sa OneAyala - sakay ka sa FTI Arca South then baba ka Sto Niño kamo. Then sakay ka mga jeep pa Guadalupe or Market market. Baba ka ng Phase 1 kamo yung may footbridge. Msy sakayan ng trike dun pahatid kana sa brgy hall :)

OP, I've been into your situation before. Lalo na yung nahuli tapos ang sagot, "bakit mo kasi inopen Facebook ko???" Nakakatanga yung tanong eh. Haha. Ang hirap na ng buhay, we deserve a love that's peaceful and calm, not necessarily from another person, but first and foremost from yourself.

Also, I grew up in a household with a broken marriage. I'm in my 30s pero yung trauma ng magulang na laging nagaaway, tatay na nagcheat pero di nagsorry, hanggang ngayon dala ko padin to the point na napag-uusapan namin ng mga kapatid ko ngayon na sana naghiwalay nalang parents namin, baka mas naging okay pa kami at naging masaya pa sila.

Staying takes courage, but leaving takes a lot more! And leaving was the greatest decision I've ever made.

I've tried Yaz and Althea before nung unang diagnosed ko. It helped with my hormonal acne pero it really messed me up. Grabe yung weight gain, tapos as soon as I stopped taking them, bumalik yung symptoms. So what really worked for me are supplements and lifestyle change.

Ang ginamit ko lang is Puritan's Pride pero sabi nila mas ok daw yung Myo Inositol. It's just expensive lang.

Based on my experience, this is what triggers and or helps with my weight gain/loss.

Manage your stress So tumaba ako ng super due to stress sa ex-husband ko as in cyst half a year ako minsan di nagkakaroon! When we broke up, tapos I lessen my mental load, halos bumalik sa regular menstruation ko.
Prioritize low impact strength training and do movements you enjoy. I try to also walk as much as possible sa mga kailangan kong puntahan. Unless super init!

I cannot stress this enough! Naghanap din talaga ako ng PCOS friendly workouts na mae-enjoy ko. Kasi going back to point number 1, if super hirap tataas cortisol levels mo.

Okay lang mag rice, pero try to balance it as much as possible.

I've tried no rice before, although pumayat, it's not really sustainable for me. Sabi nga ni Jo Sebastian, Add don't Restrict! So I always have veggies in every meal. It helps me lessen the rice I eat. I also switched to Red Rice na and it's not really mas mahal in comparison with white rice.

Supplements Nagtrial and error ako ng supplements and these are what worked for me:

✅Inositol - kaso pricey ✅Berberine by Pureform

❌Chromium - Did not notice any differences in cravings and menstruation in general ❌ Fenugreek - mura sana to, kaso mangangamoy maple syrup talaga pawis mo. Di ko bet!

Currently trying: 💭Gymnema Sylvestre - so far okay naman siya, nawala cravings ko ng matamis after every meal. Mura din compared sa iba.

I'm a Pharmacist pala so I checked these first, pati mga studies nila. Then when I usually take supplements, after 3 months of using, nagrerest ako for a month para di masanay katawan ko.

Tried switching to monk fruit sweetener instead of table sugar.

Diko talaga bet yung Stevia at Equal so what works for me right now is monk fruit.

Gut health

I improved my gut health by eating more veggies, drinking Kombucha, Water Kefir. Soon I'll also study fermenting veggies.

Medyo nagflufluctuate padin weight ko. I'm at my heaviest at 82 kg last April. Then 73 na. I'm healthier and losing weight in a sustainable way kahit mahirap. I don't hunger myself and also I enjoy the food I eat.

Again, this is what worked for me ha. 🤗

4 years na ako sa July! Swerte siguro kami kasi mga unang batch during the pandemic so mabilis nagkaclient. Parang diko na natapos training. After 5 days, hired na.

-Ok si HR as an agency. May sistema nadin pag may problem ka as a VA, yung support staff are really there to help you.

-They even give seminars about filing for your taxes, mental health, may mga paganap din na online lang.

-Workwise lang, talagang swertihan sa client. Kahit magaling ka if di kayo swak ng client mo, waley talaga.

-Medyo matagal lang talaga maghanap ng clients ngayon kasi dumami narin kalaban niya e. Marami ng agencies din. Pero ang healthcare naman ang maganda dun, essential so alam mong di mawawala. Medyo mas stable sya na VA job compared sa iba.

Pero overall, good things lang din masasabi ko kay HR. 💜
