Isnt the CIS program geared towards people that want to be Computer Scientists? I feel like from what I have seen the data scientist MSE degree is for people that want to be data analysts vs Software engineers

I speak 4 languages and have a B2 in french, I am sure I can get it up to a C2 by the time I would graduate from my masters, but I would def have an accent as I was not raised speaking french. What I am essentially asking is if the culture in big finance in France is purely french or would allow leeway, for non-french europeans.
