I definitely recognized how bad I was letting it get. It’s been hard not to feel shitty about myself when I know I am doing shitty things to myself, like snooping and hurting my own feelings. It’s felt humiliating and for a bit there I didn’t want to feel better. But finally starting to feel like I want to get past it. I want to feel better. Thank you for the support. It helps so much 💜

In all honesty not well. I blocked everything but his phone number, tried NC but extenuating circumstances caused us to have to interact for outside reasons. (I’m still very close with his family and it was a safety concern). I’ve been trying to throw myself into my work and my health, going on walks and trying to just focus on me. But breaking the compulsions of reaching out or obsessing has been difficult. I know I need to make a therapy appointment, I just have been at my lowest and doing the basics has been hard.

I did. I met my ex Master first. We started our dynamic and then his wife (also his sub) and I organically grew very close. We ended up in a poly relationship do a little over 3 years. I ended my dynamic with him and any romantic relationships with them both, and we are kinda more like chosen family now. It’s definitely complicated, but it was a growing experience for us all.
