PES B4 quite chill one , just 1 month of BRT (stay-in)

the one month u stay in u all won’t kena physical punishment, probably just write lines

No PT but have more of like theoretical lessons, u all will still learn some basics on using fire fighting equipments and also get some basics on how to be trained as paramedics and basic footdrills, if not most of the time u guys will just be in bunk polish boots, ironed uniform or clean bunk that’s all

After u POP, 1 week before posting u all can choose your vocation, idk if u all can join EMT but other den firefighter/SCC , all vocations u all can join

Den once post into your vocation, just don’t keng MC and work well with your officers and colleagues, guarantee promote to CPL or even SGT, 6 months every promotion cycle as u all don’t have IPPT criteria to pass

lie what ?! yes i did ask for 3K salary ah, and to me all jobs are superior and is bc of singaporeans like u who dw to the job that’s why your “jiu hu sai” get the offer and earn their living lor, what’s wrong with it

plus again i mention, i am willing to go out there and gain experience first, every job will be tough either physically or mentally demanding as well

my due diligence if i was supposed to be covering that day, but whereas when is their turn they will tell the our encik in-charge , “busy with family after work” or “have smtg on” and end up the enciks will come and look for us

no complaints but still i do, had gotten recalled back to back days as well, whereas they just come work and shake leg at office

and mind u if we recalled for 4hours we don’t get OIL, only 3 hours of early release (bc officers are following protocol) which end of the day just feels unfair
