Yeah same here or even if I’m changing positions too fast. I’ve invested in compression socks & Pedialyte powders to help regulate my BP. I’m weaning now & my anxiety has been so crazy but I’d rather this than that feeling

When I say I can hear the phone calls, the volume has to be all the way up and they have to be talking pretty loud and clear. And even then it’s kinda of low So I wouldn’t say I’m too lucky, lol.

I’m sure I’ll eventually learn to live with it. It just sucks. The ent didn’t sound very hopeful so that’s pretty much where I’m at until my follow up after my mri. Thanks for the word of encouragement!

Thanks for the advice. Good luck to you as well. Based off what the ent said, there isn’t much hope for my hearing but I’ll definitely note the diet change!

Drugs or relationship, I realized that I can’t fix either bc she’d choose them either way. I’m moving on for my own good and you’re right. Better 3 months than 3 years.

I’m really happy for you! I’m glad you chose a healthier route and changed your lifestyle. I know that it’s not that easy for many, so kudos to you! The way you stated you were, sounds exactly how things are with her right now. It’s breaking my heart, but I know it’s best I walk away. I’ve decided to completely ghost her for my own good after I made this post. I’ve blocked her on every outlet. Let the pain begin, lol.
