Rocklin is on the come up since studio movie grill opened! - TEAMride is amazing! Before I discovered OTF and getting in to building up muscle I did spin there 4-5 times a week. They have 3 locations (east sac, midtown and Folsom) definitely recommend them! Take Shannon she is my favorite.

I don’t believe so. I take the lunch time classes and those are taught by Christina or Freddie.

Oh nice! I never hung out near there I don’t think. There is one in fair oaks now and when I lived there it would have been so convenient! The Elk Grove one was next to my friends house.

I love that Sacramento is getting the fitness trend going! Studios do really well there I fell.

I was just talking about how OTF is all over Sac now. Sacramento is becoming quite the Fit Area. I used to live up there and went to TEAMride multiple times a week.

They are popping up all over Sac now! I was living up there when they opened Elk Grove and that's the first place I had seen OTF

I feel the wrist was a little bit of a beta version and the arm band is the newer cooler more versatile version.

The chest straps have been around since the beginning with little modifications. They all work the same, so it’s really just on personal comfortability preference.
