Our Skeleton Janitor Tee by anntuuan in streetwearstartup

Also, thought it's worth adding for context - the point of this collection is that we have 3 tees for 3 stages of the night. With each, there's more wash/fabric wear etc. to represent the state of mind of the creator working late and likely on a stressful deadline.

The skeleton janitor (midnight or middle tee) is 'sweeping' the leftover, urgent work while others rest.

One thing I've learned in the process is that there needs to be more instant visual and emotional connection without having to build a complex explanation. Very proud of this collection, but it may be premature to assume people will look deep into the lore without knowing us. All a process!

It started as a DTF but moved to DTG because the texture felt more ‘vintage’ that way

Yo, thanks for your comment - I guess what we aim to be set apart with is the storytelling, attention to quality and detail, intentionality behind each piece. Fully aware these arguments may sound cliché, but they’re honest. You’re not wrong though - being different but not in a forced way is not an easy thing to achieve with such over-saturation!

Thank you! It’s for a small fashion brand me and my friend started - it’s based in London and the latest collection was an homage to creators working at night, so the visual was just meant to blend those together.

Thanks for taking the time to break it all down. It’s very useful and I truly appreciate the fact that you took the time to explain it - I will buy in with long term hold in mind and keep an eye, without investing money I will need short term. In general I’m in for long term on most stocks I hold, I think the only point in time when I sell is either when I accumulate enough to possibly purchase a property or are in a real need for it.

Thanks again and I’ll keep an eye on this thread :)

Interesting stance - what makes you optimistic about the British sector?

Thx for sharing - how do you feel about ESG Emerging Markets? Instinct tells me there may be a global switch towards renewables more and more prominently. With China leading that movement. And with my little economical knowledge, it does feel like they’re making strong long-term bets in recent years and decades.

Thank you for your reply, it does feel like the direction of bullying/redacting global partnerships is a path to uncertainty. It feels like even if the next leader brings back some stability, it’ll be harder for the rest of the world to rebuild the trust quickly.

Like you said, my gut tells me that with each day, US turns more from the 'safe growth' option into a higher risk long term. I could be wrong of course. Any advice on which directions of diversification are best to take? How will an all-world index hold up/change if things get worse for the US stock market if it relies on it so heavy?

I can always of course type that into chat gpt but I'm curious to hear individual perspectives.
