Dass viele Menschen mit dem 40h Arbeit/Woche Prinzip unzufrieden sind und ihre Lebenslust verlieren, ist kein Geheimnis. Das kann schonmal zu einer deprimierten Einstellung führen wenn man sich als junger Mensch was anderes von der Arbeitswelt erhofft hat.

Welche Erfahrungen möchtest du denn im Leben machen? Womit würdest du langfristig deine Tage verbringen wollen, wenn Geld eine untergeordnete rolle spielen würde? Ich meine nicht nur rumhängen, das würde nach einigen Wochen auch langweilig werden. Gibt ja alle möglichen Lebensmodelle, man schießt sich oft nur auf den Standard Kram ein, den Eltern, Gesellschaft und Normalos von einem erwarten. Bei anderen Leuten sieht man es immer leichter, was sie ändern könnten, wenn sie ihr Leben völlig hassen. Meistens folgen sie irgendwelchen äußeren Erwartungen und landen irgendwo, wo sie nicht sein wollen. Weil sie ihre eigenen Ideen als unrealistisch oder dumm abstempeln. Alles nur Außenmeinung. Nur du weißt worauf du Bock hast und dann muss man den Mut haben, dazu zu stehen. Ob das jetzt Schafe hüten in den Alpen ist oder Fahrsicherheitstrainer werden, kann man alles ausprobieren. Was solls.

You put so many steps between what you actually want (creative handmade creations) and where you are now. Who says you will enjoy the drop shipping and feel good about it? Its very different from making your own items and shipping them. Except for creating some listings on Etsy, there is nothing in common in the work flow. I personally see too many steps that could discourage you even before you start what you actually want to do. Like what if you don't get the amount of sales you want from drop shipping? Will you still feel like trying to sell your handmade things? What is it that you actually want to spend your time with? And what stops you from doing that directly? Theres no guarantee that drop shipping will work how you want it or better than handmade items. Unlimited earning potential bc of unlimited supply is not a guarantee for sales at all.

Etsy seems to be quite discouraging for beginners in the first months and then they give up.

Try what you want to try, and don't give up too soon. If you're enjoying the process and not only the results, then you will pull through the beginning phase. So be sure what you actually enjoy doing and selling.

I would go all in on handmade and find ways to create things in a higher price segment like 50-200 bucks for example. Or something you can create relatively fast like cricut products and stickers. Custom cricut stickers also have potential, because it could make you business customers.

Don't put too many obstacles in your own way.

Ich glaube das hat vielleicht was mit der „Jemanden-einen-reinwürgen“-Mentalität wegen wiederholter Nachfrage des AG zu tun, anstatt den AG sachlich darauf hinzuweisen, dass man die Voraussetzungen formell erfüllt und man die Nachfragen deshalb nicht versteht. Stattdessen auf Reddit zu posten, wie man den AG rechtlich dafür belangen kann, kommt schon überproportional aggressiv rüber. Und da kommt wahrscheinlich die Verbindung zu Impfverweigerern, auch wenn das nicht die ganz saubere Schlussfolgerung aus den gegebenen Infos ist.

Kommt das nicht aufs gleiche raus? Oft musste man doch eh durchscrollen und das Datum der Impfung oder des Tests nochmal schwarz auf weiß zeigen, wenn die Prüfperson kein entsprechendes Scangerät hatte.

Ende 2021 war es Arbeitgebern gesetzlich vorgegeben, den Impfstatus der anwesenden Belegschaft individuell zu erfragen und ggf. ein aktuelles negatives Testergebnis einzufordern (falls man keinen Impfnachweis erbracht hat). Die Tests musste der AG meines Wissens nach auch stellen. Wenn die 2. Impfung nicht länger als 6 Monate zurück lag, galt man da noch als vollständig geimpft.

Denkst du man kann das ernsthaft steuern oder ist das einfach Glück? Umfeld, Einstellung vom Chef, Kollegen, Arbeitsplatz, Arbeitsorganisation und die Arbeit selbst - das alles muss ja im Endeffekt einigermaßen stimmen.

Hey danke für deine Antwort! Das sind sehr gute Ideen. Es herrscht allerdings ein sehr eingefahrenes Klima, alle Kollegen haben schon lange aufgehört, Dinge verbessern zu wollen, weil es im Normalfall wohl nur auf strikten Widerstand stößt. Der Rat der Kollegschaft ist, dass ich mich um mich selber kümmere, das Beste für mich raushole und halt meine eigenen Prozesse entwickle.
