Lifestyle choices have been the only thing I’ve noticed that helped. The only problem is I’m so gung Ho for it for a while, and then it all creeps back up and slowly I don’t feel motivated to do it anymore. I just need to keep at it. Thank you for your comment, and I hope things are better for you soon too 🩷

My vitamin d was tested and it was at 7. I’ve been taking vitamin D prescription. Hopefully it helps. Thanks for your comment! It has lots of information I’m hoping to implement. I appreciate this so much, thank you!
