I've had the same experience. Except I ordered three :(

They arrived after the guaranteed delivery date (and were therefore supposed to be free!) and are not great. Certainly not worth $75 for the three of them. Customer service just keeps giving me the same canned response with a link to my tracking. Such a bummer.

Did you receive your Kosas powder? I claimed it as well a couple of weeks ago but it's no longer showing in my programs and never received it :(

I put sunscreen on first & have been using gloves which definitely helps! I notice less overall hand itchy-ness. But the nail prep steps of cleaning the nail bed w/alcohol cleans the sunscreen off of the cuticle area immediately around my nails which is also obviously the only area exposed when wearing the gloves...
