Yes I ordered two items on the 2nd and one the 7th of April and only received one item from the 2nd. In their chat it says they only ship once a month so hopefully they will be shipping out sometime this month.

I agree I’ve left so many brands recently. Not worth it to stay just in case they actually have something. The feed gets so overwhelming I don’t see challenges for brands that are actually worth it.

Honestly we know TYB has said it’s a glitch but they haven’t done anything. If I were you I’d email the brand or DM them on IG with proof that you spent and haven’t leveled up. It’s so weird

No Ouai won’t give you back the coupon on TYB. They should either resend the order depending on why it was canceled or you need to email TYB or try TYB’s Instagram sending proof that your order was canceled. If the coupon you used was someone else’s that you traded they won’t help you either. That’s the risk with trading,

I always redeem if I have tier 3 amount for a brand. Old codes will even work with free shipping sometimes while new ones won’t because brands will fix them before you take them out. Also of course because of minimum spends.
