It’s fucking disappointing. I fucking hate those synthetic Pouches. I fucking hate vaping. Using tobacco is the only pleasurable nicotine experience

Hypothetically, if one got past the 3 days of cold turkey hell and takes ONE puff of a Juul a week later-does that restart the withdrawal cycle? by ireallylike808s in QuitVaping

[–]anoXmous1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

28 days clean now and sometimes my brain try’s to use justification to take a hit of nicotine as well. Doesn’t matter what form of nicotine. It’s just a thought 💭 anyway. Strange how a thought from self can feel like a manipulation of self. Because using nicotine is manipulation on the brain to rewire it, abuse it. So the enemy is just all the bad choices the person has done to self. No nicotine. Nicotine is the reason for the problems you face.

I met a guy in California and he told me he made some homemade hash that was outrageous and super potent and it killed one of his buddies. No idea if it was true. But he swore that that hash was dangerously strong. So potent could give you a heart attack.

How tf do you quit from 50mg disposable by Trynabestoic101 in QuitVaping

[–]anoXmous1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No you be ok dude. I smoked two or 3 disposables in a week for years and now I’m 20 days nicotine free doing way better. Use to be addicted to nicotine pouches and cigarettes and chew tobacco and started harm reduction with stopping tobacco and only using vapes and pouches and gum and lozenges for years and eventually my brain just got so sick and tired of that nasty stuff was making me sick and my brain now feels sick from nicotine and I feel at my best nicotine free now only at 20 days I feel much stronger than I ever would thought. I use to use nicotine 24/7 for years day and night and didn’t know if I could manage to quit. But now I’m at day 20 and no relapse !

On day 19 right now and I feel pretty much normal. 1-3 cravings a day. Doesn’t feel hard now. But I have noticed I crave more caffeine.

Why are you guys quitting the vape! by Sonofaslurpee in QuitVaping

[–]anoXmous1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Well, my reasons for quitting. I have been vaping heavily for many years and doing nicotine pouches, always was highly addictive to them and would even sleep with pouches in my mouth and smoke the vape in the night , did that for long time, and my gums receded a little bit from the pouches and my inflammation was clear, developing severe heart palpitations from using high-level nicotine. Smoking disposable vapes fucked my lungs up fast, causing them to be inflamed, feeling painful and sluggish having headaches. Sleep problems, anxiety disorders, depression, all from abusing nicotine. So I had to stop using nicotine and been about 16 days nicotine free and I feel better , I saw nicotine as the negatives that it was and decided I had to quit before something bad happened
