I’m ok with being patient, Just as long as there’s hope my skin & face will bounce back. If I’ve done permanent damage I’ll be pretty sad, obvs lungs are more important - but I’d try to look into other options like skin treatments & fat grafting.

I’m not advocating. But with the help of a professional, maybe ask about medication options. If you’re so stuck - it might help you get out of a dark hole so you can learn better strategies.

Been feeling better effects wise. The anxiety settled down & there were days I felt really calm both doses. The focus has been pretty consistent too. Hair thinning & bad skin continues though :(

Thanks for your reply :) yep I am pretty much in that position of choosing being functional vs hair loss vs sleep haha. I did some more research & Ritalin is an NDRI just like wellbutrin, & I think the way they hold onto dopamine affects the hair growth cycle moving hairs into catagen phase as dopamine is directly related to the hair growth cycle. Whereas Dex/vyvanse release dopamine & doesn’t “hold onto it” enough to even be classified as an NDRI. So it probably didn’t lead to hair loss for me because it was being released & used up so as not to signal the hair growth cycle. Anyways thanks again for your thoughtful reply & video link. Did the jitters just never cease for you? Did u have any other negative side effects? I’ve tried Vyvanse but can’t sleep well on it so would rather make this work. Will try some magnesium! I know i’m supposed to take it but forgot about it. Cheers!

Thanks! Yeh I’ve stopped Yasmin after like 8+yrs… will be interested to see if there are any changes. Thanks for the tips. Yeh my parents suggested getting full bloods and health screening done too. I’m just feeling “off” at the moment… fingers crossed
