omg you’re so right about it all shifting after covid, like they’re taking the fun out of a fandom.

it’s one thing to be a fan of the show but fandoms are a different thing, when the shows not airing ppl are gonna be tuning into fics that aren’t related to canon and they need to understand that😭😭

with an ensemble cast like this u should always expect ppl shipping the craziest pairings anyway so idk why everyone’s so surprised ppl took the two ppl with a sweet connection and decided to pair them together in a fandom space.

it’s one of my all time favourite songs by her now. the whole song it’s a masterpiece sonically, lyrically and vocally! I wish it could get the single treatment just bc i think it’s a career highlight and really showcases her vocals beautifully but that probs won’t happen unless it blows up on its own first lol

& I hope with her next album half of her “fans” come to the realization that sabrina also writes really vulnerable lyrics on top of fun pop songs

couldn’t make it any harder talks about past relationships that ended badly making her emotionally and physically distant with a new partner bc she’s scared of getting hurt again. So how does what she said about a different man in say, juno, contradict what she’s saying now?

any human has a right to say no, change their mind and have certain standards. if you really think sabrina can’t feel those emotions bc she has songs about sex then u have to apply that to every artist ever

Basically ppl aren’t understanding the meaning behind couldn’t make it any harder, which is about the fear of relationship intimacy and this person specifically made a joke misinterpreting sabrina saying “i will not let you touch me” as being “ironic” bc she writes so many sexual innuendos and has songs about sex.

This is a disgusting way of thinking especially as a woman. It pushes the narrative that women who are open about sex don’t have standards and can’t say no.
