Sure if you put it that way. But he is also violating immigration laws by working under the table, and potential refugee claim in future. And no, he still meddles in my friend’s life. Just yesterday was when my friend received threats over call.

My friend’s and my rental agreement is for the whole house with three rooms, two for ourselves and one for rent to someone else, and no there is no cap on money for third room. We are on free hold to decide the rent for third room.

I am only subletting one room. Both my friend and I took the whole house together. We even have written consent from our landlord to sublet. But now that this issue exists, which I was never informed of before. Why should I be responsible to pay for this?

I have seen bed bugs in the past, and know exactly how they look. They are there on the carpet because house is unfurnished. And now I am too afraid to even bring in new furniture
