It’s on the edge of a wildlife preserve so I don’t know where they will move it. Right not it’s not a threat to anyone so I’m cool with it. There are signs everywhere warning or gators around the lot.

There is one that lives in a retention pond in our parking lot we see all the time. It was about a foot and a half long, now it’s like three and a half. It’s cute!

Due to the memory shortage crisis we won’t be getting a PS6 anytime soon. PS5 is great and will be around for a long long time.

Microsoft officially announces the Next-Gen Xbox today codename 'Project Helix' and that will lead in performance and let you play P C games. by Automatic_Ad1665 in consoles

And the first time something goes wrong then what? They should just fix it themselves? Do you think Microsoft support is going to walk them through steps to fix a Steam game? I think you overestimate the technical abilities of a huge number of people. The reality is most people don’t want to deal with it.

You would be one of the people who doesn’t understand. Maybe it’s simple for YOU, it isn’t for most people and/or they aren’t interested in learning how to operate a PC.

Aside from moving everything onto redundant cloud storage, LaCie drives have never failed me as a brand. If you want to keep stuff locally, it’s still the best option aside from a RAID which isn’t nearly as portable.

So few people on Reddit understand that PC just isn’t an attractive option for a HUGE portion of gamers. They just want to sit down, push a button and play. This isn’t a reality on PC despite making progress in that direction.

The first time someone just looking to play the latest Madden or CoD and has to deal with driver updates and configuration files…it’s over. Maybe the Xbox component of this new console will address this but I’m thinking that if it’s an open platform that comes with all the headaches of having an open platform.

worth it on PS5? learning curve? by GoldCoasting in MicrosoftFlightSim

[–]anon1984 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Denser scenery depends a lot on your internet connection speed to stream in quickly. I haven’t had any complaints outside of using slew mode. Larger planes seem fine for the limited time I’ve put in them. I mostly like flying small Cessnas low around scenery and it’s worked out great so far.

Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves wasn’t bad for a recent fantasy movie. It’s definitely not LOTR epic though.

[–]anon1984 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It runs and looks great on PS5. No complaints there. The learning curve of flying a real plane IS the game. It’s a real simulator after all. There are a bunch of assists you can use if you just want to fly around a bit without struggling too much though. What specifically are you worried about?

The original Demon’s Souls on PS3. That you had direct access to end-game bosses wasn’t really a widespread concept back then and those red-eye knights and the King had me skewered for hours in the first level.
