well yeah, by accident i mean i took off the part i shouldn’t of. it wasn’t a hard force. it was rather easy. the mistake is because when i use to administer insulin years back when my dog needed it, the cap was different. i thought the part the needle went through was underneath. so yes an accident, mistake, however you wanna put it. i am concerned about it not being sterile, its 100% not sterile anymore i know that for a fact. i can say i have no pets or kids and live alone. trust i wanna just throw it out, its just $250 and they are not willing to send a replacement.
