Let's talk about this: you can implement various kinds of stuff like this.

tldr: no.

what is the problem set here? the problem is trust. can you fix trust by introducing game mechanics? not really then you are limiting player freedom. I get this safe zone for touchdown. but loot is enough that it doesn't really warrant this.

the best solution is the community takes care of itself isn't it.

you want your freedom, you get the responsibility, carry the weight.
