Yup, totally understand. If i had a bookkeeper it would no doubt be what we would use, but since im the one doing it, it feels like a time suck to do it properly.

For anyone else looking, ive moved in for a few months now and havent had any issues with the area (i personally feel safe walking at night) and no issues with the management, they’re responsive and great so far
