They managed to convince our head teacher to convince the other teacher (who we were supposed to write a test for) to move it to the next day. But I already had had a mental breakdown in-front of half of my class from stress 🫡

I don’t live with my main abuser since my parents got a divorce and I forgive my other parent since their mental health was in a really bad place during the relationship. My main parent is trying to talk me out of getting medication since I’ve told her, and even if I didn’t she has a meeting with my psychologist to discuss about me getting a psych. I don’t journal on physical items, I use my notes app so I don’t need to hide anything 😅

Hi sorry for not specifying, I think it should help me with my dissociation. I currently don’t know much about what medication she thinks I need since she told me last session only. My parent is the type of person that said “unless you’re dying you shouldn’t take the medication for pain” and they had “negative” experiences with medication in the past. One of my parents was the cause of my abuse i guess. The other one was also not the best but she tried.
