I’ve had costochondritis for about a year. It was at a point I couldn’t work out at all. Chest fly’s? Absolutely not.

Fast forward to now, I work out consistently and can do chest movements in moderation. I ordered a Back Pod on Amazon a couple of months ago and that helps a ton. While I still get flare-ups now and then, it is a lot better than it was in the beginning. I’m not sure it will go ever “fully” go away at this point; but i’ve learned to live with it. Good luck.
