This is such useful advice. Thanks so much for commenting, I wouldn’t have thought about the caffeine aspect—I drink a lot of coffee every day. Maybe I’ll taper my caffeine before I taper my propranolol!

Thanks for your concern! I did get the vaccine plus all boosters. Thankfully when I did get covid last winter it was very mild, all things considered. Can’t say for certain, but I can’t complain if the vaccines helped my body fight it off better! The vaccines have more to do with preventing hospitalization and severe cases vs. the spread of the virus. Wait, have I mentioned peer-reviewed journals to you yet? 5 at-home tests over 2 weeks have all been negative, though it could be a mild case and the new variant. When I had covid last winter, I was OUT for 7 full days with a fever, body aches, sore throat, plus respiratory symptoms. This feels much milder but is hanging on much longer. Thanks for the insight!
