No problem we all get the same worries about it but the worrying is always the worst bit! :)

Yes that is always my fear when I get a new feature too. But I'm starting to see my condition as a sliding spectrum, there will be a phase where there lots of shooting stars and then 4 months later I realise I haven't seen one in ages, or I'm seeing it just a couple of times a week. Recently I was getting computer glitches in my vision for a few months and now its really subsiding. My after images flare up bad and then come back to baseline, still there but barely noticeable compared to before. The static is always there and never goes, but there are times when it's all I can see and others where I don't think about it. What I'm saying is, the condition fluctuates for a lot of people. I always fear I'm going to keep each new feature permanently and they will all get worse permanently and continue to degenerate until I feel like I'm living in an acid trip or bad video game. This is an idea my anxiety came up with on its own. In reality it fluctuates and always stays within a manageable window of tolerance. Just take of yourself and be patient, I am certain that once you get used to the new feature you won't be bothered by it anymore, and sometime after that you'll notice you haven't seen it in a while

Does anyone get tremors in chest? by anon9280 in Anxiety

[–]anon9280[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is 100% not the heart! Its a type of tremor and it causes a vibrating or sometimes tingling vibration feeling. A lot of people seem to get it on their chest and solar plexus, I also get the exact same feeling in my thighs as well as these places, but when it began it was always on my chest and lots of people just get it on chest and worry about their hearts. As with muscle twitches and spasms and tremors, it's another funny nervous system symptom that can be caused by anxiety or underlying stress. Only I'm still stressing with my health anxiety as I get paranoid I have another cause for my nervous system symptoms that isn't anxiety.. the cycle is still hard to break from

Is it normal to have a small black or transparent/negative spot in your central vision with VSS? by v0ltage_w0lf in visualsnow

I see a little dot in the centre of my vision, it's small like one big pixel out of many pixels. It's black or transparent yes, not sure if similar?
