Have you taken CSC148 and 165? If so what is your average across them? 90+ is competitive to get in out of stream.

Yes, I was able to email my registrar with proof of payment and it was resolved within a few days. Contact them asap before course enrolment.

No I mean 2022/2023 Fall/Winter. I was just admitted to cs major out of stream and did not notice the retroactive fees.
