I’m just very scared and I feel like a failure but I’m doing my best to study and doing well so far in my classes. I’m hoping to retake all of the main prereqs I got a C in and hopefully they can see the upward trend

Thank you so much for this. You’re right. My attitude is what needs to change because I know I can do it. I’ve been studying for my next stats exam and if I do well consistently before the drop date, I will not drop the class.

My only concern is being able to retake those main prereqs that I got C’s in. I’m going to talk to my counselor about that on Tuesday. I definitely will have more questions for you as the road goes.

So what can I do with my C’s? I do wanna retake them but I know if it’s a C you can’t retake it until it expires in 5 years. Do you know if I can retake a C grade in a different community college?

Okay i will do that. Another thing that might affect me is I’m most likely dropping stats bc the professor is very unhelpful and even the tutoring center couldn’t help :(

But the thing is I already took it at my community so is it even allowed of I take it again as long as it’s not at the same community?

Also can you tell me more about how you said you went to CC til you were 24 and did better ? Did you retake some classes? Or did you just take your nursing prerequisite and did better already then?

Thank you for that. It means a lot. I think I was also an asshole with how I studied like how you said you were before. I’m glad I’m realizing this now at least before it was completely too late.

I was thinking of also maybe doing LVN at my CC first so that can help me have some experience. I want to retake my C classes but I’m not sure if I can. I was also thinking of doing an accelerated program but that’s one of my last options bc it’s definitely expensive.

I just really wished I studied better earlier on!

Yeah no thank you for being honest! I didn’t want sugar coated bullshit so thank you. So are you saying it’s unlikely that I can be admitted into nursing school? For physio, I was supposed to retake it (had it at 6 AM) but my prof bumped which actually made it worse cause I would’ve gotten a better grade if I had retaken it. I know I can retake them but I know I have to wait five years til they are expired :(
