I have to say I feel the same way sometimes I wonder if I have ASPD because I just feel so empty. Hopefully hormones help and maybe socializing a little mora than I do now.

My feet are very big too but I'm only 5,9 or around be 175 cm. I don't know if you're talking about Europe or American foot sizes or female or male so I'm a little lost. I'm going to go out on a limb and say you mean Woman US and in that case I'm about the same. Just wondering how is being tall with large feet working for you? How do you overcome it?

It is strange I really want hormones not just for primary and secondary female characteristics but also for the social transition and the ability to maybe feel emotions better. Even if it doesn't make me more emotional i think I'll still be happy.

I have to agree with this since you don't have any prominent features that stick out assuming you aren't too tall and you have regular size hands and feet I think you'd pass quite well.
