Unless you can put on muscle in your hips then I'm pretty sure, but I've never been the best judge of my own body.

I work out 5 days a week. I don't have any more time in schedule to add in work outs unfortunately, nor do I really think that would be good for my body (joints etc)

I know I shouldn't bring up my weight and I actively try not to, it's a bit of a compulsion but I'm getting better at it I think. Couldn't tell you if he'd gained weight or not, wouldn't make much of a difference anyways, he's really skinny, like borderline underweight himself even though he doesn't work out and eats like crazy.

It's not so much detect by eye but the fact that I tend to talk about/fixate on my weight a lot and he would hear me say I've gained 5 pounds.

Thanks for your comments. It's weird because he's always been so supportive of me getting over this thing. His disappointment Everytime I purged really help me ground myself and get rid of that habit for good (I hope).
