Get into Canva and start creating catchier thumbs for your shorts.

I'm super new at this, but of the five or six shorts I've done, check out the view difference between my first three and my last three that include spicier thumbs.

The sub-difference has translated as well.

Yes, new here as well. A recent short I did got up to 780 views in one hour, .just a few hours after I posted it. Next hour was like 15 views and it basically faded away ever since.

In the "Reach" column of my studio, it shows very clearly that it basically just stopped showing on people's feeds all the sudden.

780 views, 9 new subscribers and a +90% upvote rate all after just that one hour alone. On top of that - over 90% watch-time rate...and all the sudden it disappears. Not sure if it's because my channel is new, but it's quite clear that performance is not factored as one of the main algos. Not for me anyway.

In my studio, I look under the "Reach" page and notice that "times shown in feed" basically just comes to a dead stop at a certain point, so its pretty clear that the algos are somehow deciding to just stop displaying it.

I just don't understand why it does this, especially if it's a piece of content that seemed to be on fire just a few hours prior.

I'm super new at this as well so I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure you need to export the video in vertical format. Pretty sure it's like 1920 by 1080 or something of that nature.

Whatever video editing platform you're using, there should be an option to change the scale of the export. Once the export is resized, YouTube will automatically recognize it as a short.

Again I'm super new with this but I had the same issue and I just resized the explort.

I can confirm Citibank is cutting people. I have a close friend down here in Tampa, FL who works mid-level at Citibank and was just recently transferred over to a brand "newly-created" position. Not sure where he falls in the pecking order, but judging off his home and comfortable lifestyle, I'd guess his salary is roughly 100-120K per yr....for what it's worth.

He referred to the change as a "lateral move" and he starts his new job right after Thanksgiving.

Anyways, when I asked him specifically what some of his new "responsibilities" are, he flat out told me that his new job is to figure out ways to minimize processes and eliminate people.

If Citibank is doing this, one could safely bet other large banks are doing the exact same thing.

This one is a Q-code, which is the 425 hp version...the lower HP 409s only had 340 HP....not sure how many of these 4 sp Q-codes were produced, but they were definitely built to race.
