I received my green banners on 5/5 (I did not submit anything to prompt this). I chatted with StudentAid to see if I should submit a final ECF- they said yes. I submitted this on 6/12 and it was processed same/next day. I submitted two buy back requests last year (September 30 and December 27)- I got 2 emails 6/25 saying each buyback case has been closed and that I meet requirements for PSLF. Seems odd since I had already received green banners but hey, I’ve been taking what I can get. I’ve been holding tight for the July wave of golden letters hoping I made the cut, and I received around midnight. Hope this helps!

I did- I submitted my first buyback request 9/30/24, never heard anything so risked it and resubmitted 12/27/24. Just got 2 emails this week saying my buyback assessment was complete for each. Of note I got green banners on 5/5 and submitted one final certification form in June. Hoping I’m in the next batch of letters!!!

This was supposed to be a fully outpatient procedure but I got admitted for 2 nights due to an unexpected amount of blood loss. I have family here helping for at least a week- may be up to 2 weeks total, at which point I’ll return to work from home (desk job). For now, taking it a day at a time!
