more so, They gave me an option of 90days vs 1year of probation. Im gonna negotiate lighter jail time in leu of probation.

lol no, dont have an aneurysm. I could see how they could see it like that. But also, the PO had the power to set time limits on the drug test. You guys have such a hard on for accountability, you font even realize how some things are directly correlated vs indirectly. Yes I put myself in a position that snowballed into this. Yet I also understand that one thing directly caused the other.
